We held a Wheelin' Sportsmen Outdoor Day today for a group of Wounded Warriors from Walter Reed Hospital. What an awesome day spent with these guys. Six injured soldiers from the Iraq/Afghanistan war came down for a day of crossbow, small-bore and skeet shooting, and fishing on a 1500 acre farm near Culpeper Va. The 5 guys were injured by IAD's resulting in lost or mangled limbs, and Diane was in a Hummer that rolled 5 times in Afghanistan. We had a blast and I'm completely worn out as I'm sure they are too. Good food, lots of laughter, strong competition and for a day we made them forget about the negative aspects of their life. Just a day with good friends together on a beautiful hillside. I have just recently re-indexed my site and for some reason several new pages are not showing up in the search results. I have double checked the files on the server and the pages are listed in the "zoom_pagedata.zdat" and also listed in the indexlog file. I have uploaded all of the .zdat files and the search.php/settings.php files but it still does not update with the new pages. Not sure what else to check.What is the word you are searching for? I have a border layout as my main page and on the 'west' side have a tree which when clicked async updates the center region. want to have different layouts for the center regions depending on the tree links, so I created a html file with script to load the new panel layouts. So, after my unfortunate trial run with Lyrica leading to weight gain, I'm shedding the pounds. I'm working out, eating lean protein, lots of veggies and fruits, limited carbs, over 100 oz. h2o per day, very little if any fat, daily multivitamin. 1,000 calories a day. When I use any fat or oil, it's olive oil for cooking, but I limit it to cooking or once in a while use a tiny amount with balsamic vinegar for salad. Is "good" fat necessary each day? Can I dump it to further lower calories or to have additional calories for protein or veggies and fruits? Advice appreciated. Hammers seem to be lacking in defensive capabilities. I feel that if there was an inherent +30 health on hammers more would use them. That would cover the usual +30 health mods on shields and would atleast be an incentive to use them more. Or maybe an inherent +1 second knockdown time. I realize that hammers have alot of kd's and can cause more dmg then swords and axes. But just comparing how mods are on staves vs. wands/foci, hammers seem to be lacking a mod or an inherent mod. Staff = 3 mods + inherent 20% HSR = 4 mods. Wand + Foci = 4 mods. Sword/Axe + Shield = 4 mods. Hammer = 3 mods. We held a Wheelin' Sportsmen Outdoor Day today for a group of Wounded Warriors from Walter Reed Hospital. What an awesome day spent with these guys. Six injured soldiers from the Iraq/Afghanistan war came down for a day of crossbow, small-bore and skeet shooting, and fishing on a 1500 acre farm near Culpeper Va. The 5 guys were injured by IAD's resulting in lost or mangled limbs, and Diane was in a Hummer that rolled 5 times in Afghanistan. We had a blast and I'm completely worn out as I'm sure they are too. Good food, lots of laughter, strong competition and for a day we made them forget about the negative aspects of their life. Just a day with good friends together on a beautiful hillside. I have double checked the files on the server and the pages are listed in the "zoom_pagedata.zdat" and also listed in the indexlog file. So, after my unfortunate trial run with Lyrica leading to weight gain, I'm shedding the pounds. I'm working out, eating lean protein, lots of veggies and fruits, limited carbs, over 100 oz. h2o per day, very little if any fat, daily multivitamin. 1,000 calories a day. When I use any fat or oil, it's olive oil for cooking, but I limit it to cooking or once in a while use a tiny amount with balsamic vinegar for salad. Is "good" fat necessary each day? Can I dump it to further lower calories or to have additional calories for protein or veggies and fruits? Advice appreciated. Hammers seem to be lacking in defensive capabilities. I feel that if there was an inherent +30 health on hammers more would use them. That would cover the usual +30 health mods on shields and would atleast be an incentive to use them more. Or maybe an inherent +1 second knockdown time. I realize that hammers have alot of kd's and can cause more dmg then swords and axes. But just comparing how mods are on staves vs. wands/foci, hammers seem to be lacking a mod or an inherent mod. Staff = 3 mods + inherent 20% HSR = 4 mods. Wand + Foci = 4 mods. Sword/Axe + Shield = 4 mods. Hammer = 3 mods.
